nobody said it was easy

last night i went up to park city with amber and julie and some of amber's friends. we watched accepted and had fun. i drank a ton of diet coke, as usual.

tonight i went with kit to the "freeze fest" where there was broom hockey on the ice and ice skating and gingerbread house making and dancing and other activities. we played broom hockey and my initial strategy was just to keep standing, considering i don't have much balance or coordination on dry ground. so i kind of just pretended to follow where the ball was going while still keeping a safe distance. the second round that we played, however, i hit the ball a couple of times. once i hit it pretty hard, and my feet flew out from under me and i ate it. hard. i didn't cry though, i laughed!

the last two nights have been fun because abc family has had the harry potter weekend. i am a great big fan of this.

we have blue christmas lights in our window, but they look more like hanukkah lights. i plan on creating some art involving a menorah and the star of david. i hope this isn't wrong of me. we also have a small christmas tree, so we represent the major holidays.
