still lou lou mae

fourteen years old, runnin through a briar patch

right now i'm having pretty strong feelings for the countryside.

i ache for the freshness in the air, and the smell of wet dirt after rain.

the breeze, and the feeling of freedom that comes from that place.
it makes me think of my family's old cabin in show low.

with all the land to ride the four-wheelers on, and our tree house that we used as a paintball fort. we'd ride horses. we had hammocks, and a family pinewood derby. there was a beautiful, old barn.

there was always a sense of infinity on the horizon. like i could run forever through the trees and never have to stop.

i hope for a place like this in my future.
